Failed interviews occur when the interview candidate fails to show the best qualities that exist in himself. And the interviewer fails to explore the best qualities of the candidate he is interviewing.

The failure needs both.

If the candidate is not good at showing his qualities. But the interviewer can dig it well, the interview process can still be successful.

Likewise, even though the interviewer is not good at exploring his own qualities. And if the candidate knows for sure his quality. And can tell the proven performance experiences. The interview process will still be successful.

A successful interview process does not always continue with an offering letter. It is not uncommon for the follow-up to be information that candidate data is entered into the database. But a successful interview process always produces results, at least increasing connections, experience, and insight. 😉
